After the payment Mr. Scott Bill tells us that the price of transport has increased.  we reply Ok, send the seeds and as agreed salderemo everything to the delivery of seeds, Mr. Scott Bill says no we have to pay, again changing the agreements, all at once otherwise not send the seeds. We reply that the behavior is not corrected, we decide not to buy the seeds and ask for money refund. For now we wait.
