Remark for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Dear Sirs,
I need to report a new fraud case, this company with profile as real trading company from Poland with real company details offered the product I searched for, at the market price that can be offered. Due to an urgent requirement I asked for trial order through skype and he send invoice by email , and he asked for payment by western union to an Account from Atlanta as it\'s showed on invoice downloaded. The money stolen is 700 USD. I\'m horrorified by the quantity of stolen accounts and fraud it must be here, without saying this is the second case in few days.
