I identified the supplier through Tradekey. My supplier is too casual with me ever since I paid for my goods. I purchased 2 MF tractors at USD17 570.00 on 21.11.2010. The goods have not be delivered. Unlike before the supplier represented by a certain Rizwan seldom responds to my queries on time. He now ignores my calls. The supplier has not provided me with accurate information as to when my goods were shipped and when to expect them. I have recorded information which is in contrast with one another. Lately, Rizwan wants me to follow-up with the shipper whom I do not know. I expected the supplier to gather the all the necessary information for onward transmission to me. It is now 37 days since.
