He is a silver on tradekey.com checked him out and paid him $380 to send me ipod touches and now it been 3 weeks and nothing and now he will not respond to my emails what is MY NEXT STEP

They take your money and NEVER SEND ANYTHING ..I gave this guy $420.00 through Western Union for large size nike shox, and he never sent them. He made up excuse shipping company lost them.. He gave me 2 false tracking numbers that went to people in different states in the USA .. Then he said he would send me A & F T shirts , and he did not.. He is a big liar and a stealer of your money !!!!!! He always lies. Says he can ship this or that does NOT..DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON, Andy Cao, he is a thief !

I have ordered by "aa-shopping" one pair ugg boots ( god thanks only one pair!) and i have payed via Western Union and lost 54€. I have never seen my boots. That is now 4 weeks ago. He is not a good person!!!

he said he sent the goods and gave a tracking no. but then 2 days after there was none,he said he will check it and said ems made a wrong invoice, he gave me a tracking no. and it went fine,until someone signed for it and i didnt get my package, someoned has signed and received it in london,uk, im here in grand cayman, cayman islands, i gave him my address but sent the goods to another person.. im send alot of messages to him but he's not responding,until now, im trying to contact him but i can't reached him.. please help me,i cant afford to buy another one..its my birthday present on the 28th of feb. i will send the attachment on monday,its sunday 1am here.. i will send all the records.thanks!
