Hello, On 3/10/10 I sent money via Western Union to the above company for an Apple Laptop. On 3/18/10 I still had not received the item and was able to contact the company. They told me there was an issue with the shipment at customs and that they needed to resend the item. That day they issued me a tracking number that I followed until today, 3/30/10 because the status was delivered to someone in the UK...I'm in the USA. I have tried to contact the company now for a few days to get an explaination but now they do not answer the phone or emails. I am attaching all history of email with this company as well as reciepts from W/U for the money transfer. I would like either a full refund or the promised product delivered. Also, I was wondering if you could give me an idea of how long this process takes? I spoke to an online rep and they could not tell me but suggested I ask you for a better idea on resolution times. Lastly, I would appreciate any suggestions you might be able to provide on reputable companies that could supply me with electronics? This company is scammer!!! Ordered their phone motorola milestone. Paid order via WU. The next day I was told that the order has shipped and provide tracking Number (ee134723863cn). Tracking Number has not yet appeared on the website EMS (although, as said, they sent the goods 11.03.2010). In response to my questions in msn, where is my product and why there is no information on the site EMS, no replies. Seller does not go more on the connection. Contact: David LI Email: [email protected] I sent 600 to complete the transaction and was given a bogus EMS number. I was told the package was picked up but it is not located in the EMS system. Please see supporting documents attached.

The contact I was dealing with was ("David") [email protected] I ordered one unit of the playstation 3 via western union to build trust with this company. They gave me shipping options and I chose UPS, but they decided to ship EMS anyway. They took my money and gave me a tracking number that doesn't work and are now ignoring my emails. I can't track my item and til this day (the 6th day) have not received my order. I tried emailing them many times to get an update on my order and I get no responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!! I paid my money but got no product and of course since it was transacted through western union there is no way I can get my money back either.
