Feedback for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Mr. Stefan in many emails confirm us that he receive the money and send us false documents of the shipment, also send us and web site to track the container
Since 2 months ago Mr Stefan committed himself in return us the money in many emails but until today we dont receive nothing
Last week I wrote us That the money was send but nothing our bank did not receive the fonds, We do not receive also the bank transfer confirmation
