View for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I started contact with Ms Monica Lee since January 2016 and after several months of negotiation and sample testing we decided to buy one container of pallet stretch film. She provided purchase order confirmation, proforma invoice and sales contract properly stamped and signed. Banking information for her company and wire transfer instructions, everyhting seamed to be as regular legal cooperation, but when the shipping time came she did confirm shipment of the container but never provided a bill of lading, I tried to reach her in seveal occasions but even the web page had gone by then. Until now we had not know where they\'re gone or who to claim or suit. Please help to solve this issue. Regards, Gerardo Beltran
