Opinion for NEVER Received second Package

I have sent $331.00 for products orderd from this company. I sent them the money on 9/15/2008....I got 2 tracking# waited for a week to 10 days never received anything when I contacted the person I have been dealing with she replies that my products did leave China because the CHINA CUSTOM destroyed the packages.....SO if I want my products I have to pay an extra $50.00 for shipping....and so I did because I was left NO options....ALthough on the company website it states clearley that they will RESHIP products in case it gets stuck in CUSTOM even USA customs.....FOR FREE....I have been contacting them finally I received one package that contains only 9 items of the total ordered which is 21 items total....I need this company also have negative feedback & I am going in dispute to receive my products.....I made a fimal attempt by sending an email to the general manager and I have not heard ANYTHING
By the way they are listed under 2 companies on your website...since each one is located in a different city....
By the way I will be glad to send you the list of the products if you still need it

Report for Products not Received after 20+ days

I continue to try and work with seller to provide me tracking numbers. To date I have not received any tracking numbers that give me any information about my packages. None of the tracking numbers have worked with the USPS or EMS. I need help settling this issue or getting my money back.

Remark for Fraud

I ordered a few items to see quality they took my money $183 and sent me a fake tracking number and never sent my products. I think it's terrible to be so underhanded and take advantage. I will not stop with this post I will tell everyone! Do not do business with this business!
I have all the e-mail transactions to validate what I am saying. They even called me to get me to send money to them. The name was Guowei Li in Putain, Fujian China 35110 website tradegs.com

John is one of the best suppliers on trade key.I have had many ransactions with this company and they truly deserve to be on here. The quality of the items are really good and the companionship of the staff is even better. I use western union to pay for my orders which is out of my way but ery worth it. Thank you very much for being here.

Response for FRAUD! PAYMENT RECEIVED, ITEMS NOT SHIPPED

I am dealing with the sales person named Li with yahoo ID biqin0220. I ordered on 5/15/08 thru Western Union, money was picked-up. They gave me a wrong tracking number. After which, they never ship my order. He ignored all my messages and email. Transaction information: 05/15/2008 Money Transfer MTCN # 7210203620 to GUOWEI LI, CN $220.00.

Feedback for shoe order

i ordered 4 sample pair & coach bag. i received 2 pair & coach bag, but never received rest of my order. they said they would refund money but didn't. they later emailed me saying they would send the other 2 pair, but never heard from them. i would recommend not doing business with this company. as you know they received payment from me up front. i did my part in this agreement, but they failed to hold up their end of the bargain. contact name is john ling and msn is [email protected]. my name is samuel madrey and my msn is [email protected]
