This company is a scam! I ordered a laptop and send my money and never got anything but a hard time! Save your self some money and don't deal with these crooks!!!

This company is a scam. I paid for goods 2 months ago which I never received and they do not respond to emails and their phone number does not work. I have already reported them to the police. Do no trust or buy from this scamming company.

In Oct 2010 I contacted Essen through TradeKey and asked for the cost of cell phones. This record is with TradeKey so I don't have a copy of this e mail. Essen answered on 10/24 and I believed it was Essen because that is who I contacted. I went through with the purchase and sent the $440 by wire transfer and never received the merchandise. After numerous e mails I contacted essen headquarters and they told me that my Purchase order was not with them. They say that i was contacted by someone else other than them. I believe that Essen has dishonest people working there who give TradeKey inquiries to someone else and have them contact customers pretending to be Essen. Essen is responsible because they know this is going on but have done nothing to protect buyers other than saying check the email address. It is there company and there employees that are contacting and cheating the buyers. OR ELSE it is Trade key who is allowing the inquiries to be answered by thieves. If they do not admit their responsibility and make some kind of settlement then i will do what is necessary to alert future buyers of TradeKey and Essen of the danger of being cheated with no recourse other than the printed word.
