Remark for sell fake ipods

I ordered 3 Apple nano 3rd gen 8gb and 8gb ipod touch and 16gb ipod touch from this seller. All items that I received are fake Apple iPods. Moreover, the seller sent me 2 fake 16gb Ipod touch, in addition to that, 16gb ipod touch is not a 16gb memory. It only has 1gb internal memory. After I received the items, I emailed to seller and got one email respond. After that.I emailed to the seller few times and got no response.

Critique for fake & broken items

items shipped are not what was ordered i ordered apple products and what i got was oem products. 8gb ipods do not have the memory capacity that they should have i was only able to download 70 songs which plated for about 3 hours,in addition items were not able to recharge after first use. i ordered 16 gb apple ipod touch and sdidn't get authentic productsin addition the text is in chinese and with no manuel i cannot change to english and i am not able to download music. it seems these items are useless or at best 1 time use. i've contacted lijuan yan and tole her of my problem and never got a reply. at this point i would like to get a full refund including shipping costs. i am unable to attach my documentation since it is in the wrong format and i dont know how to change the format thank you charles feller

I Konstantin Gaskov have recvested an sample iphone from them, and they sent me it. It says iphone on the back of the phone but inside where you insert the bettery you it says ifone, witch value is 50% less. I have tried to communicatte with them but they just wont respond to fix this problem.

Critique for Misrepresented iPhone & will not issue refund.

I was assured by this supplier that I would be buying an AUTHENTIC 8GB Apple iPhone. They took payment via Western Union on March 3rd MTCN# 7256078793 for $260 (plus $34 Western Union fee). I received the phone on March 10th and immediately emailed company and requested a refund as I was not satisfied with purchase. I was exchanging messages with "Jessica." Ji Luan Yan was the name of the person the money went to with Western Union. During the order process they were very quick to respond to my questions and provide information, answer questions etc. Now that I am requesting a refund they will not respond AT ALL and have stolen my money. I have all emails saved to validate my claim.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE THIEFS!
