Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

The person we dealt with is Mr. Mec, he is the Sales director of this company.
We paid for the freight cost of transport of a sample (box with apples) but they weren\\\\\\\'t able to send it because of a problem with South Africa regulations. So we asked Mr. Mec to send us back our money but they refuse to do it. It has been about three months since we transferred the money and we haven\\\\\\\'t received it back; Am-Techinda pay no attention to us.
Also we would like to say that Mr. Mec is a very rude person and has problems keeping his word.

This man name Bill Wesley scammed me out of $7,600. I brought some gold bars from him. I tried to contact him after I sent him the money and he hasn\'t returned my phone calls and emails. He basically took my money and ran. I am going to call the South African police on him and then sue him. Don\'t ever work with this man ever.
