I ordered 8 mobile phones from them 2 weeks ago, paid $460 via Western Union and the items have never been shipped. I have proof that they were paid the money and that it was collected. I have the bank account details where the money was paid. I was dealing with someone called Tony. I have seen another posting on the forum stating that they have been ripped off by this company too. I was given the excuse that EMS the shipping courier made a mistake with the delivery - which is total rubbish. i have been chasing delivery for 2 weeks now. Yesterday i asked for a refund, for proof of my shipping documentation being given to EMS (photocopy showing my address) or a replacement shipment. No response and I don't expect any. This has been a complete SCAM! I cannot attach all 40 emails to this message, so if you can email me back, I will attach all my email communications with this company back to you. PLEASE BAN THEM FROM YOUR SITE!!!

I refer to this company and advise that we have been fraudulently dealt with. They provided us with prices for iphones and we paid on their invoice as requested immediately. They never sent the goods but confirmed that they had received the payment. I continuously contacted them via email to request for a refund or our goods but they failed to respond. They have our money and we are without goods. We dealt with a Joanna Hu and paid $456AUD for the phones. I have attached the emails that I have sent and their responses but still we have no goods and are out of pocket. They have not refunded our money.

I have paid for goods and the company haven't sent me anything. They are ignoring my emails, and have my money. I can prove this with emails and Western Union slip
