Company Information

We are a German PET bottle recycling company located in Bielefeld and near to Hamburg. We have our own recycling plant for PET bottles and produce about 20000MT yearly of hot washed, clean and dry PET flakes in different colours like natural, blue, green, brown and mixed colours.

During our processing of the PET bottle recycling, we get also PP/PE-film material as follows.

1. PE/PP-film material (REPET WSF)
- Shredder into pieces about 10mm
- labels and foil from wind selection
- 70% PE-film natural, 30% PP-labels coloured
- Origin German material
- Moisture 10%
- not clean, must be washed
- Content of 2% PET
- filled into big bags and then pressed into bales (22t/40'container)
- actually 3 containers
- 2 container monthly
