Egpol . �established in 1994, primarily, for the purpose of internationalcommercial trading in crude oil, between independent producers and refineries; and, refined petroleum
product acquisition, distribution and logistics, which have both been instrumental in the principle
operational drive of this quiet giant.
Since its acquisition, in 2004, by WEDSTARS CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL [WCI], as a
member of the WCI Family of Companies, NOCO is responsible for more than 30% of the FUND
established by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WCI, Dr. Warren Dell, in 2003. The funds
purpose is to capitalize the four major humanitarian Programs of WCI. Forty percent of the profits,
generated by NOCO via the purchase and sale of petroleum, and refined petroleum products,�
