Opinion for Equipment Purchased From Shenzhen Angel

Hello Everyone,
Our experience with the company is horrible. They sold us 3 containers of mineral water equipment, including 1 ltr and 5 gallon lines and complete filtration system, but are not sending anybody to install their systems, even after taking advance payment for their airfare and installation fees. They do not supply any connection diagrams, or operation manuals. Their communication of English is very Poor or next to none. They will do anything to sell the equipment and gain trust in the customer till they make the payment. Then everything changes. Do not make advance payment to them. Let them install and afterwards make the payment to them or hold the money in the bank account till the work is done. We have hundreds of thousands of dollars at stake. And their equipment is just lying around for months.
