I purchased this sample television from Seawolf International Trade on June 10th 2009.
Before the purchase, Ms. Wang responded to all my questions and emails promptly. I repeatedly asked if I can pay by paypal since I am accustomed to paying by paypal when I deal with business from China but she kept saying no.
They provided me with a tracking number by EMS:
EE088509626CN
The tracking number does not give me any information and I asked them for verification of the tracking number. I have not heard from them since June 15th 2009! I have sent numerous emails to them and they all go unanswered.
I just want my money back because I still have not received my television when they promised it would take 7 days.
I know they receive my emails but choose not to respond to it and it has me very upset! Is this a scam company?? I do not want to believe that Tradekey is promoting a fraudulent organisation on their website.
However, I will be grateful if this can be sorted out and I can get my TV or my money back urgently!

Msrs. Wang Min was very accomodating at first, answering all my questions and queries.
It is almost a month and I still have not recieved my sample TV.
I sent several emails and got no response.
I will NEVER buy from them again.
I would like to have my money back urgently!
Please respond to this message. I just want my money back.

Remark for My Order Never Received

Hello
I placed an order with this company on Friday 5/23/09 and confirmed that payment was received. They emailed me back on Monday stating that the delivery would not be shipped until Wednesday 5/27 which was fine. However, now I have been trying to reach them to obtain a status an no one is replying to my emails. I was dealing with Ms. Wnag at the company. All I want is assurance that these products actually shipped and their tracking numbers.
