Critique for E-cigarette

I purchased products manufactured by Cigsure Shenzhen Technology Co., Ltd., and I must say I am very disappointed and this for multiple reasons.
First, the received products do not comply with what you have order.
Secondly, no matter how much you contact customer service, they assured you that you are wrong and that is what you ordered. And after a dozen e-mails, you stop because they do not want to hear anything.
Third, the product quality is not at the rendezvous. For example when I have bought 1 liter of flavorless e-liquid (70% PV / 30% GV), and I received an e-liquid with an indescribable and sickly taste that is unusable even with strong aromas.
Fourth, they refuse to be responsible of the cost for the returning of the product and the refund the order.
This is why I strongly advise against you to work with them. Even if prices are low, the qualities of products and of services are still much lower.
A word to the wise is enough.
