Remark for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Dear Sir,Madame,
Have a good day.
Here is a company I trusted in your site as per much points it took
so I transfer an amount of 450$ to him in order to have a sample 2 laptops and he gave me an invoice .
as per the transfer has been done and my bank confirmed that, he replied only for my 2 or 3 emails insists of no transfer has arrived to him.
Please what do you recommend me to do.
I attached the swift I done and the invoice he sent to me.

Please provide me with a case number so I can provide neccesary documentation to make my point. I hate to say but 100% of your companys members that contacted me were and still are allowed fdefraud people posing as legit sellers and one day it may affect you big time. Please respond to me and take my complaints seriously for a change. I can\'t believe that you mark 3000 trust points fraudsters, but wjhat to expect when anything can be purchased. I will be happy to forward my e-amils to you once you get back to me with my case number
